A Nice Façade

After much research and looking around, Rancho Seneca had some of the newest and nicest looking apartments and amenities in the area. The two of the managers that I met while applying were extremely helpful in guiding me through the mountain of paperwork required to apply for these apartments and have always been great with replying quickly. Anytime I have called for maintenance, it has been taken care of quickly as well. The bad: the third manager that likes to continuously let you know that ...

she is the community manager, is not helpful. Various times, from applying to paying rent or even her notices posted on resident's doors she has given incorrect information, does not follow up and fails to comprehend questions making her unable to answer. There is not a patrol anymore and if there is, they are never around and residents continuously have to call the local sheriff's department, who yes, are frequently at the complex. The gate has never been in working order since I moved in and this allows speeding traffic in, the parents of students at the school next to the complex park inside the gates and cause congestion. The majority of can be heard yelling, there are people breaking bottles and car alarms always going off, and trash pilled up outside of dumpsters. Maintenance tries to keep up but it seems to be an endless struggle. The Rancho Seneca apartments are nice, on the outside.

The Projects of Victorville

This is by far the worst apartment complex in Victorville! Within a month of moving in, 2 loads of laundry were stolen! When we approached the office and asked that the cameras be reviewed, they simply said it was our fault for leaving it unattended. The sheriff's department is called on a daily basis for domestic disputes, robberies and assaults. There is a very disturbed man that lives directly across the playground who sits and very publicly masturbates on his patio. Our apartment was broken ...

into, our kids wii u and Xbox were stolen along with men's watches and food!! Yup, food!!! The office said that we should have locked and closed our windows but they were, it's called a B&E!!! One evening, there was gunshots right outside of our patio. At least 5 shots were fired and when asked to break our lease, we were threatened with a fine. Save yourself the headache!!! Although the apartments are nice and spacious, this is not a great complex due to the people they allow to rent.
