The Stockton Apartments are conveniently located between Broadway Ave and Merchants Drive in North Knoxville. Only a few minutes drive to Kroger in Fountain City, Starbucks, Chic-fil-A, Chop House, Target, Walmart, and many other shopping locations. The Happy Holler and Old North Knoxville are just down the road on Central Ave and Downtown Knoxville and the UT Campus is only a 10-minute drive on the Interstate. Stockton is a few smaller communities made up of 15 - 30 Units depending on the location. We have a mix of 1 Bed/1 Bath & 2 Bed/1 Bath Apartments. The kitchens are equipped with a fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher*. The flooring is a combination of carpet and high-quality luxury vinyl plank with a fresh coat of bright, gray paint and white trim throughout! *Sylvia and Parkway 1 bedrooms do not have dishwashers in the unit.     The roaches are definitely real and the apartments are filled with weird, half-hearted renovations. The parking lot feels like a job only a large truck or Jeep could manage. Maintenance dug a huge hole around one of the buildings about a year ago and have since simply.. left it as a hole. There are no extra amenities - no playground for the kids, no pool, no gym, just the bare minimum. Definitely can’t recommend it.
