October 19, 2025Just moved into my new apartment! My leasing agent Alecia has been very pleasant and helpful! The apartment is beautiful and obviously kept up well. September 8, 2025Packages are being taken off our doorstep and or being opened and left for our contents to be picked apart..or all together missing. Trash is everywhere the grounds are not being maintained (lights are out in walkways) and or there needs to be another dumpster available because you can’t even throw your trash away unless you hear the truck and run to the dumpster to avoid the over packed dumpster. August 21, 2025Lived here for 5 years now going on 6 so far everything has been ok. It’s only been 1.5 years that renew has taken over. The big flying roaches I haven’t seen since they took over. I have ptsd about them cause twice they crawled in my bed while I was sleeping and I had to fight them. So I m glad that I don’t see them and if I do they are already on their backs dead. I wish the elevator get fixed because that would be a great plus for the residents living here. Especially for us on the 2nd and 3rd ...floor who are getting older. They fixed the trash issue so I was happy about that. As long as there isn’t a huge jump yearly in rent I’m ok. I feel safe here as well.
