    Few bumps with moving in. Trash for where we throw are items out at is always full and everywhere. The kitchen has bugs. Had to spray multiple times and everyday I continue to see them

    It paints a beautiful picture but not worth the money at all parking sucks they don’t have garages the use them for maintenance not the residents the maintenance people are horrible the don’t have elevators the they don’t have grounds keeping you have to take ya trash down a least a block it it goes on

    I enjoy my place and my space inside and outside of my apartment! The neighbors are very friendly, and the community is always clean. My dogs love the community as well so that's a win-win!

    My experience living at Renew Little Creek has been wonderful. Our apartment is extremely comfortable. The staff constantly keeps the common areas up to date. If any maintenance request arises, the staff resolves it within 24 hours. We are delighted to live here; it's living on a different level. A.F

    Everyone was pleasant, welcoming and professional. The complex and apartment are imaculate. It was a long move for us as we relocated from Upstate NY, but walking onto the grounds helped to diffuse much of the stress related to the move.

    This community is perfect, as my daughter and I have just moved from another city and feel very safe and well taken care of. Everyone that works here is extremely nice and immediately attends to any issues we’ve had. The location is great and the apartment is beautiful.     Very pleased with my apartment the leasing staff couldn’t have been more helpful. From start I was shown multiple options of floor plans and after getting back to the office I was very pleased with the level of service they provided throughout the application and all the questions I did have

    Nice community, I like that there’s alot of parking. It is also very calm, nobody is making too much noise or anything. There are 2 grocery stores nearby and 3 gas stations.
