September 1, 2025I’ve had a mixed experience living here. On the positive side, the location is really convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. That said, there are definitely some areas for improvement. Noise from the street can sometimes be an issue as well. Overall, it’s not a bad place to live, but there are trade-offs. If location are your top priorities, this apartment could work well. If you’re looking for a quieter environment, you may want to weigh your options carefullyProperty Manager Responded

July 16, 2025Outdated utilities compared to the pictures... Utility problems like broken faucet in the kitchen, Very noisy refrigerator, no bedroom light, they just tried covering everything in paint rather then fix anything with the walls or counter tops... May 23, 2025this apartment has been great so far! i locked myself out of my apartment at 5:30 PM on a Thursday and maintenance came to let me in to my apartment no problem!Property Manager Responded

November 16, 2023Never once have I met the owner of Renew or even to spoken to the owner. I never lived in a place you rent where the rental office is only open two days out the week. If you have an issue you could never reach someone by phone. I think we are being over charged for the lack of service being provided. We have only one maintenance guy who they keep him working at the Renew properties in Virginia Beach than Norfolk, that to me says a lot.Property Manager Responded
