This place was the absolute worst. IPM is a horrible company, absolutely no respect for the people that live here. I was renting an apartment but chose to move out due to unsafe people in the building. I left call after call, email after email for weeks and had no response. I had to reach out to IPMs manager to even get a call back that took another week. Finally after I got a response they told me I owed another months rent because I didn’t give them enough of a heads up which was a lie, they ...
just refused to answer, call back or respond. Do not rent this building or any thru IPM they do not care and have horrible workers.

No security, no carpet, no pantry, no family room, too many issues that management don’t comply with in order to get people out that shouldn’t be living here, 1 handicap spot and less 20 parking spots for 43 units...
