Truly pathetic apartment complex. All hallways are stinking. They don't care about residents. If something is broken then be ready to pay out of pocket.

I have sent multiple emails regarding unexpected water bill/usage. No solution was for 3 months. High water bill came up and I contacted them again, after few more unanswered email and calls, I went to their office to schedule an appointment. They did a temporary fix by reducing the length of the flush wire which was responsible to keep the lid open intermittently for a long long time causing water drainage. After that fix, my flush stopped to work. I made a temp fix myself each time it stopped ...
to work by hooking the chain into the flush. Again same cycle of emails and calls to get this permanently resolved but no solution for a week now and today my flush is flooded which means I can't use my toilet. This is the worst service experience I have ever got by a property management company. I have some photos but unfortunately I can't attach them here. Suggestion: Water leaks and toilet flush issues must be considered in highest priority.

The owners are about as cheap as they can get. When are they going to clean the carpets in the hallways? They had the underground parking lot power washed, they obviously used the lowest bidder because it looks terrible for having just been cleaned! When are they going to fix the fire alarms...they keep going off!!! Now I'm being charged twice for the trash...once by the building because they implemented a pickup service that I don't need or want and once by the city!!

Management continues to knock on our door for the purposes of non-essential communication like telling us to put our garbage in a bin, putting our lives at risk without offering to pay for another bin or give adequate justification as to why we should contribute to environmental waste by purchasing another plastic bin, or even why the garbage pick up service and associated rules are necessary. Management continues to hire people to blow leaves at early hours on weekdays, causing distractions for ...
the many residents working from home due to the coronavirus. Management has taken 3 weeks on multiple occasions to respond to maintenance requests. Management continues to bombard us with emails for customer satisfaction surveys without ever addressing the many concerns outlined in them. Management gave away our parking space accidentally, but did not offer to prorate our parking fee to cover the week we could not use the spot. These are just some examples of reasons why residents are constantly moving in and out.

I chose Redmond Sq Apts 6 1/2 years ago as it had security Doors & parking, and elevators. Now doors arent secure & some left open! Have Had pkg thefts and car break-in in secured garage. Problems with loud and drunk neighbors. Hallway lights out and not fixed, people smoking on property. Need tighter management. Also, rent gets hiked up every year.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Ive raised a Maintenance request on April 16 and dropped by office on April 24 to remind them but the requests are still incomplete. It has been 45 days but all the requests are not completed. Leasing office do not respond to emails and they lack the service here. I wish I had a option to cancel my lease. NOT RECOMMENDED.
