Horribly Managed by Olympus

Management has been horrible since Olympus took over. They don't seem to care much but charge people insane fees for something so stupid. The front gate doesn't work, the clubhouse has remained broken, if you call into the the front office they will most likely forget to send the crew to fix issues in your apt. Parking sucks. They tried to raise rent on us extremely high until we went in and argued. The manager is horribly rude and the customer service is extremely poor! The apartment are ...
beautifully designed but built fast. The walls are thin so if you will literally here everything from the leaf blowers that blow when you're trying to sleep in the morning to the neighbors walking around or making love.
