HORRIBLE!!!
They had recently took over our apartment complex. My whole life of living here with the previous owners, our pool has NEVER turned green on us. Once the new management took over, our pool turned green in a matter of days!!! The new management had sent whoever it was to fill the pool back up and had left It on the whole day/night!!! It literally was about to flood to my front door. I myself had to go do their job and turn it off at 11pm at NIGHT!!!!!! Keep in mind the pool has been ...

The new management does not work as they are required. I have requested to the assistant of the manager if she can provide me her supervisor number and she responded me back saying that the she cannot give me her supervisor number because she’s not allowed to do so. I have asked few more managers of other apartments if I can request the for the supervisor number and they all said that it is legal to have the supervisor number. So it is clear that she doesn’t want to give the supervisor number and ...

For some odd reason they dont like there residence to have guest, at least thats what i think. One time my rent was paid on time but something happened on there end and still had the guts to send me a notice. Guest are required to park outside apartments and walk miles to your place. Should have visitor parking available. Ladies in office are very rude.
