February 2, 2026Loved Redwood I loved my time at Redwood in Centerville! The apartment was spacious, and I loved that I could get into my apartment through the garage- which is a nice safety feature. The neighborhood was kept clean and it was well lit so I also felt safe walking my dogs in the dark. Finally, the property manager and maintenance are superb. Connie and Mike are hands down one of the reasons my experience was great. Any work order I needed to place was addressed in a very timely manner. Connie ...and Mike are also visible on the property and always friendly and asked how I was doing. I left to purchase my own home but have no reservations recommending this property.Property Manager Responded

Sliding Downhill
October 3, 2020I have lived in this development from the beginning. Office staff and maintenance are the issue. Awesome in the beginning but now they do not seem to care. Communication with residents is non existent. With what we pay in rent it is ridiculous.Review from Apartments.com
