My concerns were that we had multiple appliance and maintenance issues with the materials in the unit. the maintenance team was always great. But it might make sense to upgrade some of the materials. May 11, 2024Moving In 882 Harvest Oak Most everything is Ok…the dryer vent needs replaced and I was wondering if the unit was cleaned. The drawers in the bathrooms were dirty, the sinks in the bathrooms were dirty, some of the kitchen cabinets are sticky, the floor is very gritty, and the sliding door tracks are very dirty. There are also 3 large pots of dirt in the back…not sure what to do with those..Property Manager Responded
