Excellent Place to Live Redwood Kent was a wonderful place to live, with a clear communicating leasing team, and a fantastic maintenance team. We always felt like solutions to problems were available while living in our apartment. If we weren't moving across the state, we would have happily stayed with Redwood!

The complete repair job was done in a little less than 3 days. The contractors were very polite, cleaning up after every day and made everything perfect again. Redwood staff was not only understanding but very helpful through the whole process.

These apartments are overpriced for what you actually get. From the outside they look ok, but once you are here you will realize that the quality is not here. There are nail pops literally everywhere in the apartment, cracks from the ceiling down because the apartments are still settling (maintenance will say it will make a big mess and they don't want to fix it while you are living there). Floors are uneven and no insulation or padding for the floors. Walls are super thin.

We have had nothing but issues with things breaking in our apartment since moving in, the apartment looks nice but the quality is severely lacking. We have had to have maintenance come to fix issues more times than I can count and the issues just keep getting bigger.

This is not a good place to rent. THe walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything going on in the neighbors apartment. There are nail pops everywhere and if you have a maintenance call chances are they will have to call their service people who will NOT have any parts on hand. THey will tell you that there is nothing they can do and you just have to wait. Please look at other places this is over priced for what you actually get.
