November 12, 2025Great place to live. We moved to Lake Wylie due to aging and needing to be close to family. Our found Redwood and we came to visit and fell in love with the facility immediately. This was the ideal community for someone our age and health condition with no stairs contend with as my lwife wan in a wheelchair and if we had to renin a multi level apartment it would have ment either living on the ground floor with tenants above us or an l upper level space requiring stairs. In the six years living ...at Redwood we never had a complaint or needed service that wasn't taken care of promptly. The only reason I left was due to health issures and the Dr recommended I not live indepentantly. I highly recommend Redwood to anyone needing an ideal living spaceProperty Manager Responded

October 28, 2025It was a very bad experience It was moldy and the sidewalks were covered with both black and green mold. Everything worked well, i had pneumonia and bronchitis as l am allergic to mold. Was told to put bleach down drain for mold smell.
