Never contacted an 800 customer service hub, all local and live--refreshing!! Move in day was easy. Matt had my home cleaned and like new, no issues or surprises. The maintenance staff is always respectful of your property when working in your apartment and responds quickly to maintenance needs. Fast reliable service
January 25, 2024The maintenance here is the best I have experienced in any complex I have lived in before. We had a backed up kitchen sink that happened rather suddenly in the evening before Christmas. One call to the after hours maintenance and we had response in about 30 minutes.
