February 21, 2025Great place to live I lived at Redwood for 2yrs and it was a very nice place to live. Drew and his team are great and respond to any issues immediately. Its a very quiet place and well kept. Thr only negative thing I would say is the pricing. Its a bit high for the units not being more updated with better appliances and OTR included instead of just a range hood. I really enjoyed living there and also having maintenence at the click of a button along with after hours emergency service. Would ...recommended this place to live. February 7, 2018I am very displeased about the way this company treats their renters, especially as I am one of the very 1st people who have rented here. During the snow storm we have NOT gotten our driveways cleaned off but the manager and leasing offices got their driveways cleaned off.I am right next door to the leasing office and they (whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning off the driveways)didn't get the job done till AFTER I had to complain to whoever mattered several hours later.
