February 28, 2026Feedback We loved Redwood. It was a great place. The only reason we moved was to save money. We moved to a 2 bedroom 1 bath and saving 500 a month. My only complaint would be having to take my wind chimes down because of a neighbors complaint. There was no reasons for that. People have those up all the timeProperty Manager Responded

The shower is very small, no grab bars, small place for soap, etc. Shower bar for shower curtain too high to reach, required extra long shower curtain. no rack for bath towel. The tub is too deep to stepinto. with no grab bars for assistance. Very poor design of both bath and shower area. Other than that the apartment is comfortable.Property Manager Responded
