I'm upset because I signed a lease with Reflections by Windsor based on their promise of an onsite EV charger first come first serve, but it turned out to be nonfunctional. Despite my request to cancel the lease, they offered a move to a different apartment in February and suggested using a 110v outlet until then. I feel misled by their lack of transparency and focus on signing leases over customer satisfaction. I'm being forced into a situation where I have to move twice and pay extra due to ...

We have been staying in this community for 2 months now and are very happy with the overall experience. Our house is very comfortable and the maintenance team has been very prompt and helpful in solving minor issues. The community is very well maintained and we really enjoy the amenities - the pool, the gym and the locker facility for our packages!

Negative side: - 24/7 noise from the road - 24/7 noises in the hallway, screaming kids running back-and-forth - Kids peek into windows and run around the building screaming - The ceiling is so thin that you can hear every step of your neighbor - Flooring is extremely cheap that you have marks and scratches from everything ( exp. vacuum cleaner, even plastic trash bin) - The entrance door moves from the draft in the hallway (it was fixed, but lasted for 3-4 days) - “Best“ part for us personally ...

Cons: - A bit pricey compared to similar properties; no exceptional features to justify the higher rental rates - No dedicated visitor parking; undesignated parking (where visitors would park) is often filled by residents, especially in the evenings and on weekends; residents are not required to use the designated resident-only parking - Loud traffic noise ...
