Horrible/PATHETIC Maintenance/You will regret the decision of living here
September 13, 20231)Maintenance services are HORRIBLE,its MISERABLE=the work orders/service requests doesnt get resolved in 2 months. No body cares to respond back to our emails. They dont have online system to place service requests,we have to email them to put a maintainence request. They dont give you any work order number,there are no TIMEFRAME that within 2 days/15 days/40 Days it will be resolved. 2)The buildings/staircases are DIRTY,nobody cleans them 3)The trash compactor is NOT WORKING most of the ...times, all the garbage is scattered out in open mostly 3 times a week. 4)NOT SAFE FOR KIDS-there are black SNAKES,SCORPIONS -we see them outside our doors, on grasses where the kids play.We are PETRIFIED,hence informed the leasing office but they dont care/take any action. 5)There are POLICE every week in the apartment,LOUD neighbours shouting and fighting. 6)The park is TINY,there is 1 TINY GYM in phase 2. 7)The phase 1 & phase 2 are not connected via road,If you live in Phase 1 you would have to walk over the grass(where there are snakes) to reach Phase 2 Gym.There is no Gym in phase 1. 8) PATHETIC MANAGEMENT: We have to keep on calling the office phone numbers,nobody answers,it goes to voicemail all the time.If we are lucky some day, KYLE will answer but he is very UNCOOPERATIVE, never give direct reply. 9)Bottom line is - if you decide to live in Reflections at west creek, be prepared to live by your own,Maintenance support is ZERO. You might have to live without the microwave for a month, without the dish washer for a month,without the AC/Heating.Because if anything stops working(which happens very often because all the appliances are very OLD),then it will take forever to get it sorted. 10)When I talk to other residents,9 out of 10 residents regret their decision of living in this society & plans to move out from here. Many have MOVED OUT from here,they say its better to pay $50 extra rent in some other apartment rather than facing/dealing with such challenges on everyday basis here. I wish the Breden Company improves their MAINTAINENCE TEAM & their reluctant behaviour towards residents issues.Property Manager Responded

Reflections apartments
July 2, 2023Can't understand why all the negative reviews. I visit my daughter and grandaughter. This place is not only beautiful but I know when she needs maintenance it's usually done. The grounds are clean, quiet and generally well kept up. These are some beautiful apartments and the surrounding schools are the best ! PEACEFUL, SERENE APARTMENT COMPLEX
June 17, 2023Really nice apartment complex, just moved in on 6/9/23, amanda p. greeted us with happiness, she made sure we signed the lease and explained everything throughly, she gave us our keys and walked thru our new apartment to make sure eveything was ok and helped us get settled in, there were a few minor repairs, but amanda p. make sure they get done. we also got a lovely welcome gift and a really nice keychain, pool passes and fey fob for amenties access. the building we are in is right next to the ...clubhouse and pool so you can't beat that and we are right by shortpump town center and all major restuarants, literally you can walk there its that close. they also have events for their residents every month which is awesome, if you move here they give great welcome gifts!? overall nice neighborhood and great apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Worst place
March 24, 2023Dented appliances cheap flooring but the BLACk MOLD was the last has made me very ill moved Nov moving out after 3 months. Also THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE RESIDENT they LET contractors work till 10 at night to get the jobs done. Poor quality it is a dump and unprofessional staff will lie to get you in and after you signed they don't know anything cannot give you a answer to anything and you will not get a straight answer.Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2021DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF ANSWERING THEIR PHONES OR ANSWERING QUESITONS!!! They only care until you move in then they do not respond and can't answer simple calls when there is no one in their offices taking up their "time" I can not say enough. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Even their corporate office does not take care of their problems. They do not take care of their tenants. Your important work orders will take at least a month to get taken care of. Rent should not be this high if ...you can not upkeep your complex. I moved into a dirty I cleaned apartment full of issues. Do not chose to live here.Property Manager Responded

It takes months (yes months) to address maintenance requests
September 24, 2021The apartment community is getting old. I had to get dishwasher, garbage disposal, plumbing in kitchen and bathroom replaced on move in as they were not working or leaking. The refrigerator is old and has leakage which leads to dead flies accumulating in it every few days despite all food items sealed in containers. And they replace with older appliances. Dishwasher is broken again and I have been waiting for a week now for someone to even come and take a look at it. And worst of all, when you ...call office to remind of pending maintenance requests, they just block your number. One of the worst experiences when it comes to maintenance.Property Manager Responded

Great but trashy
July 4, 2021Everything is great about the apartments themselves. I love the layout, maintenance responses quickly, no issues with parking … but the trash issue is overwhelmingly bad. The trash piles up outside of the compactor and instead of the company cleaning it up, they put it on the other side of the gate so that it piles up between the compactor and the wall. It’s smelly and there are animals getting into it. For the price we pay to live here - it’s absolutely ridiculous that this is an issue.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Recommend
April 8, 2021If you are looking for a quiet environment, this place is not for you. Parents let their kids run around everywhere unsupervised. That means you hear kids yelling at the top of their lungs as they play for hours.... and hours.... and hours. I would say the people that don't mind the noise are probably the people that contribute to this problem. Parking in front of your own building is usually a no go. Keep those walking shoes handy. If you like updated appliances and upgraded interior, keep ...looking. That isn't something they do around here. Last, but not least, people love to pile garbage up around the dumpster. March 31, 2020Not only are children constantly running around in the streets unattended. There have been multiple incidents of vandalism, theft and breaking and entering. The walls are paper thin and the management does nothing with complaints but read them and apologize. Nothing ever gets handled, they just brush any issues under a mat and go on with their merry way. The maintenance staff does poor work fixing things and leaves a mess. There is dog poop everywhere because no one is held accountable and there ...is almost no parking. Please if you have a career and need sleep, move elsewhere because you will never get any sleep here.Property Manager Responded
