March 16, 2026The move in experience was terrible, wish I was accommodated for the bad move in for March 5, 2026. Management was understanding but did nothing to accommodate me for the trouble they caused when the proper area was not open for new move in and wasn’t considered a priority on the first day of move in. It was very costly and their was no resolution that turned in my favor with this situation if I was accommodated in some sort then things would be better but their is nothing they have done to make ...me enjoy the experience I regret spending that much money and being treated in such way on my first day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 11, 2025I don’t feel safe, my car was broken in to twice! The security isn’t always here and it’s impossible for them to manage a property and be in multiple places at one time. I’ve been harassed and bothered by a non resident with mental problems that is continuously on property. It’s unsafe. I feel unsafe! Residents getting robbed, homes getting broken in too. The property not being secure is a huge problem someone is really going to get hurt. Maintenance is not the best, it takes forever to get work ...orders completed, my unit has a lot of unresolved issues. I pay too much for this nightmare that I now Consider a mistake. Google reviews are terrible as well. It’s sad. I was excited to be here but I wouldn’t tell anyone to move here!Property Manager Responded

As the community manager for the past year and a half, I want to take a moment to clarify some of the points you’ve raised. Over the past year and a half, we’ve made several improvements to the property, including renovations to apartment homes, the computer room, conference room, gym, and resident lounge. Additionally, we’ve replastered the pool, replaced grills, repaired gates, painted the entire ground floor level, power-washed the grounds, painted all fences and patios, and added courtesy patrol five days a week. We’ve also hosted monthly resident events to show appreciation for our residents. Regarding evictions, we always work with residents on their accounts and follow the proper guidelines, abiding by the signed lease agreements. We make every effort to communicate and ensure that issues are addressed before reaching that stage. We genuinely value your ...residency and want to continue working to improve the community. December 31, 2024Maintenance is terrible they hire people that can’t really fix anything and they will give u many reasons for why it can’t just be replaced yet the rent will increase and your exterior is embarrassing having guests to see.
