January 22, 2026I moved in last November (2024) and have been loving my new space! Some people in the pool/courtyard area are inconsiderate at times (too loud after pool hours, dogs in the pool) but that's only happened a few times. Mostly, it's quiet, neighbors are really nice, valet trash is such a great amenity, Fetch delivering packages directly to my door is fantastic! Love Regatta!Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026I've really enjoyed living here! The maintenance team is excellent - they respond quickly and always take care of any issues with professionalism and a great attitude. The location can't be beat: it's an easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and the lake which makes weekends especially nice.
