What you pay for is not what you get
March 8, 2018Maintenance is a joke. For instance their are light switches that are just there for looks, but do not actually work. Snow removal and Lawn care is set at the poorest of standards and is done at bare minimum. Apartment standards are set very low. The trim work is crap. The general interior is with a mentality "just paint over it". Cigarette stains bleed through when you use the shower. This place is nasty. The windows are crap. The wood is crap, rotted, wrecked, nailed too many times, ...and just painted over. Heat and hot water... well until its freezing outside, don't expect any heat. Landlord: Terrible communication. Does not care about your living conditions, only cares about $$$. If you want to live somewhere nice, keep looking. Even at this 'affordable' price, its very disappointing and not as advertised.
