I have had a very frustrating experience living in this apartment community. Since moving in, I have had ongoing concerns with maintenance issues that have impacted my comfort and overall experience. I have reported problems and have spent a lot of my own money trying to address issues myself, including purchasing supplies to help with pests, moisture, and preventing outside elements from coming into the apartment.
Being on the ground level has also been challenging due to issues around the ...
building and the condition of the surrounding landscaping. I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment, but the response time and solutions provided have not met my expectations.
The community has potential, but improvements are needed when it comes to maintenance, communication, and addressing resident concerns in a timely and effective way.

Had a couple of bumps on move in day, yet the office manager moved efficiently and made things happen! Very impressed. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed and there was a few that were rapidly handled. I love my decor and apartment. Very quiet here and no issues with parking which is an added bonus!

I moved into Regency Park the middle of May, I left a brief review. Minor issues upon moving in, they were taken care of…maintenance came on a Friday evening holiday wknd! I was so surprised, who works late on Fridays, especially a holiday wknd! I have had nothing but great vibes, it’s a peaceful and quiet community. I love it here. I've already been here for two seasons. The only thing is they have steps that are in the walkways and that is by far my only dislike but it really only affects you if you have an apartment down there...which i do. i would highly recommend I AM DEF RENEWING MY LEASE

I have only been this community since Thursday, the move in was pretty much on the smooth side. It has been quiet, some (minor) issues inside the apartment but nothing to speak on seeing that I haven’t spoken with anyone referencing them as of yet. I have a one br and I feel that it is perfect size for me. Zena is the lady in the office that helped me from start to finish, she fell under the weather for a couple days at that point the other ladies in the office stepped up and helped me out…upon ...
