September 9, 2025Had a couple of bumps on move in day, yet the office manager moved efficiently and made things happen! Very impressed. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed and there was a few that were rapidly handled. I love my decor and apartment. July 17, 2025I moved into Regency Park the middle of May, I left a brief review. Minor issues upon moving in, they were taken care of…maintenance came on a Friday evening holiday wknd! I was so surprised, who works late on Fridays, especially a holiday wknd! I have had nothing but great vibes, it’s a peaceful and quiet community. May 19, 2025I have only been this community since Thursday, the move in was pretty much on the smooth side. It has been quiet, some (minor) issues inside the apartment but nothing to speak on seeing that I haven’t spoken with anyone referencing them as of yet. I have a one br and I feel that it is perfect size for me. Zena is the lady in the office that helped me from start to finish, she fell under the weather for a couple days at that point the other ladies in the office stepped up and helped me out…upon ...return Zena got me in the office and out with key in hand within no time!
