Relocated from N.Y. City 4 years ago. First place was a nightmare, stumbled into Regency Place management office a blubbering, frustrated mess!! Carlie the property manager, listened to my nightmare of a story while driving me to see an available apartment. She opened the door and stated " welcome to your new home..". She was correct!!! The layout is awesome, it's spacious and well maintained! The grounds are kept very well, neighbors are friendly and caring. Staff is awesome sauce!! I love the ...

I have been looking in the general Regency area for an apartment and stumbled upon this apt. community. At first glace you can see that this is an older housing establishment, I looked them up on my phone and read the reviews. They were not so good, but I decided to go inside the leasing office and inquire about them. BIG MISTAKE! I understand the horrible reviews now! I could'nt believe this apt.community had someone like I spoke with in the leasing office working for them. Hope this helps for ...

Regency place Rocks!!! It's just like the sign says, we are very boring and love it.! It's quiet, there's two great sized swimming pools, a pond with duckies and beautiful birds. There are beautiful trees and it's all kept up really nice. The apartments are good sizes and it's close to every store you can imagine. I give it two thumbs up and a snippity snap.
