I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Summers here are unbearably hot, and winters are freezing because the AC and heater never work right. Don’t even think about relaxing at home, either — the neighbors are incredibly loud, day and night.
The pool isn’t even a pool; it’s more like a puddle, and the jacuzzi? Always filthy and unusable. The garage smells horrible, like sewage, and has water leaking all over the place. To top it off, the parking spots are tight and hard to get ...

I love this place! I loved in 4 months ago. It is very quiet. I am on the 3rd floor. I never hear anyone. My neighbors are amazing. Very kind. The manager of the building is truly outstanding. Anytime you text him or call him he responds right away. He lives in the building so things get done quickly and he's very nice. My 2 bedroom apartment is huge. In fact I had to buy an L shaped couch to fill up the space in my living room. Both bedrooms can fit a King bed, the bathrooms have 2 ...
sinks. I come home and feel like a king. My daughter who is 11 years old has her own "wing" which is separated by the living room so she has her own space, her own bedroom and bathroom. She loves having sleepovers here with her friends. We walk 2 minutes to the AMC and Cheesecake Factory. I am a 2 minute drive to Whole Foods. Less than 10 minutes to Trader Joe's. 5 minutes to Gelson's. I am also 5-10 minutes from a huge Target and Costco. The freeways are all right here. The 101, 405, Benedict Cyn is 5 minutes away. Location is ideal!

The building is ok. Its noisy and dusty from the sepulveda blvd. Which has a patch of dirt. When you wash your car it won't last a week. Too much dust coming from the street. Very noisy to sleep at night since the windows are not double only single pan windows. Fire trucks making a lot of noise passing by at night. Can't sleep at night.
