This property looks beautiful at first, but living here has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Management is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly does not respect tenants.
During our application, private background information came up that should not have been visible, and it was obvious staff had been discussing it. That alone was enough to raise serious concerns about privacy.
Move-in was no better. We were told we could have two extra days over a holiday weekend, then were ...
charged for them anyway. They took almost the entire security deposit and only backed off after we pushed back, keeping nearly all of it regardless.
Maintenance is another major issue. Problems are handled with temporary fixes instead of real solutions. We were told they avoid hiring qualified outside vendors unless issues happen repeatedly, which explains why serious problems drag on.
The property may look nice, but management practices make it very difficult to recommend living here.
