Very dirty, not taken care of and expensive. They charge for cable whether you want it or not, water, sewer and trash. Pest control? Bugs everywhere. Do yourself a favor and do not move here, I don’t think there there’s even management on site with how bad this place has gotten.

We like this community because it has elevators, an indoor pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, attached and detached garages. Spacious master bedroom and closet. Having central air instead of window A/C is absolutely amazing! And the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Lack of managerial abilities

The hallways are always filthy, common area trash constantly over flows. Employees children run around unattended. Incompetent in compelling basic communication between all staff. Lack of professional abilities when approaching an oppositional situation.

My wife and I came from an apartment complex that literally had roaches every time you turn around. We moved after our lease was up and found the perfect apartment complex, an upgrade from where we used to live. Everything is paid for except the electric, even that is reasonable. A gym, a pool, a game room, free Wi-Fi, it is great to stay where you can get these without paying extra. Oh, don't let me forget about the included washer and dryer. We have a free garage, if you want to upgrade to an ...
heated garage, the small amount extra is worth it. We love it here. I recommend anybody to come reside at the Renaissance Heights.
