September 5, 2025This is my first year at the kirkwood reserve along with being a kirkwood student! So far my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My apartment was cleaned as much as possible when I moved in, some key things that were broke was my toilet roll holder and my light bulbs burnt out. Within a few days both of those things were fixed! Now there was some water damage underneath the cabinets but that is something they can't really control and they are working on fixing it at this moment. The ...apartment halls are clean and smell good because of the air fresheners so that's an added plus. I personally have had very good experiences with the people at the desks! When I had a problem with noise coming from another apartment, they had no problem taking action within an hour of me filing that complaint even though they were so busy that day. August 24, 2025Staff is very helpful and kind. The neighbors are also very kind and respectful. Never loud music or parties going on. Laundry is kinda cheep and they have a nice spot to sit and wait for you clothes at all hours.Review from Apartments.com
