Run away very very far away!!!!!!!!
February 16, 2024I recently relocated to Richmond from South Carolina and came across these apartments. The young ladies that I spoke with did a virtual tour with me on a townhouse and told me it would be ready upon my arrival. After traveling over 400 miles, I was shown a completely different apartment. I was livid!!! I immediately went back to the office and said this is not what I agreed to. The heat didn't work, the premises has loads of trash overflowing the trash cans, the apartment was not cleaned ...properly, bugs were on the wall, some were dead in the corners of the apartment, and most importantly there was no washer and dryer connection that I had requested. I was given a phone number to reach out to corporate on 2/12/2024 and as of today 2/16/2024 I had not received a phone call yet. August 28, 2023Scheduled an apt viewing, got a confirmation text, drove all the way to the apts, just to be told they don't have any apts to view. A complete waste of time. I'm so glad I didn't put my app in. The staff seemed to not care at all about the inconvenience.Review from Apartments.com
LAZY
December 5, 2019The management doesn’t answer the phone when you call. They are quick to try to put you off if you only a couple days late on the rent but if you have an issue they don’t try to solve it in a timely manner. They are all about money and they promise the gate would be fixed and it’s been a year. They need better security also I hear guns shots on occasion. Really Mismanaged
March 4, 2019The staff is a mess here. There's a million reasons you always need to go into the office to sort things out, and so does everyone else. They never answer their phones, or their emails, and often do shady things to wrest more money from you whenever they can. It's a shame because things could be good here if management didn't actively try to make life worse for the residents.Property Manager Responded
