Stunning Style and Amenities
August 3, 2015Perkins Park has it all! This historic building is completely restored with modern amenities while keeping the all of the industrial characteristics that make it unique. The building is always clean, secure, and well lit. My apartment has exposed brick, high ceilings, metal accents and floor-to-ceiling windows. My apartment included washer and dryer, microwave, and AC. Management is very responsive, and they plan monthly social events. I will happily renew my lease for another year.Review from Apartments.com
It is an awesome place!
July 20, 2015Nice area with Merrimack river in the backyard. We live in the won houses, really high ceilings, clean, well maintained japanese backyard that the master opens into. New kitchen, all fresh appliances, fresh carpets, and hardwood everywhere on the main floor. Most importantly, it is dog friendly ! Very interactive management as well !!Review from Apartments.com
