    Being a resident here is great - I enjoy the amenities, particularly the gym and the pool. The courtyard areas are nice, good for taking walks. I live in a 1/1 and it is very spacious, especially the kitchen area. The rent is higher than I personally think it ought to be, but we have renewed for this upcoming lease period and have already been here 2 years so we would overall recommend this place.

    Moving into our new apartment has been an incredibly smooth and positive experience. From the very beginning, the leasing office was responsive, professional, and welcoming. The application process was easy and efficient. The apartment itself was spotless on move-in day, with fresh paint, clean carpets, and everything in great working order. The amenities are a great bonus, especially the gym, pool and trash pick up.

    Greeting to all the Staff members at Residences at Markets West. Thank you for given me the opportunity to express my excitement moving here. My apartment is in a nice and peaceful location. The kitchen is big with more cabinet space I ever been in to live. The flooring is nice in addition with the room, laundry area, bath area and closet space. Special thanks to the maintenance guys.     It’s been a month since move in and I love it here. The staff are nice and have been very helpful and patient with me. The community is nice and quiet, I enjoy the amenities and so far I have no complaints. The only thing I would change is the applying process which takes over a week to process
