    Very good so far. The maintenance team and leasing staff are very friendly and nice. The complex is very quiet and so far all our neighbors are very good. We had a ant issue right after we moved-in and the pest control person came and helped us getting it fixed. We are having a good experience living here so far. We loved the pool party the whole staff prepared, we wish they do more events

    Feel safe taking my dog for a walk at 530am. Well lit hallways and exterior of building. Beautiful pool and gathering area. I’ve rented the community room and hosted a birthday party. It was a great success.

The whole place feels really well kept, and the amenities make it feel more like a resort than an apartment.     I lived here for 2 years and I loved it! Maintenance is very responsive and quick to answer calls. The office staff are very attentive and great at assisting with questions. The resident events are always thought out and fun! My dog loves the dog park they have and could spend hours there if I allowed him to. I definitely recommend moving here if you’re in Gainesville.
