I love the neighborhood, it's quiet and safe, peaceful. You don't hear any sound from neighbors in your apartment, great walls I guess. Always has parking, love it. The maintenance man is very nice and helpful. The landlord always answers quickly, nice person,,The only thing I wish is that the park had less trees around, it's hiding can't see anything else. I give it 5 stars

I have mixed feelings about this property. The good things are.... location (near major highways and local businesses). The tenants are nice and the office manager is very nice. And I feel safe. The downsides to living here are. ...the maintenance man seems overworked. The property isn't well maintained. They use laminate flooring in the new apartments (which is coming up and is hard to keep clean). The buildings are old and we have lost heat at some point every winter. The toilet clogs easily ...

and repeatedly. The apartment wasnt cleaned well when we first moved in. We had to buy or own front door locks when we initially moved in. You have to purchase your own AC and you're not permitted to use a window AC. The dishwasher is old and doesn't work well and they refuse to replace it. My shower head works sometimes. The shower and bathroom sink drains clog easily. And snow removal is unreliable and an overall nightmare. Overall it feels like upper management is detached and trying to cut costs and the tenants suffer the consequence.

I've lived here for over 10 years and the new management needs to step up and maintain the property much better than they have been doing. The current landlord on the other hand answers requests quickly.
