November 21, 2025Living in University Village has been a really positive experience overall. The community feels welcoming, and it’s easy to meet people, whether through events, study spaces, or just walking around the complex. The location is one of the biggest perks being close to campus makes getting to classes, the library, and dining options super convenient. The apartments themselves are comfortable and have everything you need for student living, and maintenance is usually quick to respond when something ...comes up. I also appreciate the safety and security measures, which help create a relaxed environment. While it can get a little noisy at times, that’s pretty normal for student housing. September 24, 2025I like living here, leasing manager Anna is great. Maintenance isn’t the best and often does “bandaid fixes” rather than getting to the root of the problem, and that’s really the main issue I’ve had here.
