I love it so much here. It’s like paradise! The apartments are so nice and modern. The amenities (especially the pool) are so nice as well. My view on my balcony is of the lake, I get to see all the wildlife. We are also right next to the UV shops which is a quick walk to. I love it here.

University Village offers great apartments with nice amenities, appliances and very spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, kitchen and living room. Love having in unit washer dryer too. UV has amazing maintenance staff with quick service. The price is a little high but overall a great place to live as a college student!

It’s overall great. I use the study rooms all the time and I love that amenity. Overall a nice place to live but the rent is just so expensive.

I have loved living here because it is close to campus, clean, and overall just a great place to live. I love being able to just walk to the pool and use a smaller gym whenever I want to. I also feel safe here.

UV is okay. It is very expensive and the apartments themselves are big, but they do not clean properly before move in. The amenities are dirty and outdated.
