November 8, 2020I have lived here for over two years and have very much enjoyed it. The price is competitive when coupled with the deals ran frequently, especially for such a new build and gated complex (opened in 2018). While the property is light on the amenity side, the gym is sufficient and never very busy. I have had nothing but great experiences with maintenance and office staff. The proximity to downtown/airport is fantastic and the surrounding restaurants are top-notch. I do remember a couple of months ...span where the gate was being worked on, but I'm confident in saying the gate has been working consistently since it's repair. I feel very safe living here and have never seen/heard of any theft taking place. Overall a great complex for the price!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Best bang for your buck
December 10, 2019As a working adult, this is the nicest apartment you can find for the money. I’ve lived in Brentwood at far more expensive apartments and didn’t have the quality of life that I have here. It’s new, nice, affordable, and filled with great people creating a wonderful community to be in for years. This is not an apartment you will leave after the first year like most apartments; this is home! Staff is great and very accommodating which makes apartment life easy.Review from Apartments.com
Unfortunate
April 9, 2019My boyfriend and I have been here for almost 8 months now, and, at first, it was great because it was brand new and clean and wonderful. But it's been steadily getting worse and worse. I will first start with the tenants because that is where most of the problems lie, although it is at the discretion of the property manager to oversee. While I absolutely love dogs and animals in general, many of the tenants have pit-bulls/pit-bull mixes and it clearly states in the pet addendum they aren't ...allowed. There has only been one I've come into contact with that DIDN'T ferociously bark at me. There are constantly pieces of trash from the other tenants, and I had to put up my own sign in my patch of grass for the tenants in my unit to stop letting their dogs poop and pee in the grass, because it's all I smelt when I stepped outside my door along with the dead, yellow grass from it. My sign was even stolen out of my grass by another tenant, presumably the upstairs neighbor that I have witnessed letting their dog poop in the grass and leave it. The complex is literally beside the park and plastic bags are provided to pick up the poop. Time after time, I have complained about the excessive noise from above, but ultimately nothing has been resolved. I also had my car scratched and dented and was unable to do anything because nobody was decent enough to leave contact information. Grill and fire pit areas have poop as well so we can't enjoy the very few "amenities" that we do have. Maintenance should not have to go around and clean up after tenants when they are entirely capable. Also, this isn't the best part of town, yet are gate isn't working 50% of the time because tenants try to use the opposite gate to exit/enter because they do not want to wait for the other side to open and the hit it and break it. The last time, one side was completely knocked off the hinges. The cannot wait until we are able to move out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Meh.
January 23, 2019The apartments themselves are pretty nice. Outside, though, is a different story. The grounds are usually covered with garbage. Also, it's great living in a gated community, but the gate is broken/open probably 70% of the time. They do run some great specials, but the people they attract are not great. I've had numerous things stolen and always see eviction notices. Overall - okay, but kind of expensive for what you're getting.Review from Apartments.com
