    Great feel for an apartment complex: tranquil, calm, and beautiful surroundings. The leasing staff was very friendly; especially Chantel. She was so helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in this area of town.

    Originally wrote an extremely poor review. But, Upon working with Chelsey. Every single issue has been resolved. I'd personally recommend living here, simply because you'll have management that cares. Corporate? Yes. But the Staff they've hired are phenomenal, considering I did not believe my issues were or could be amended.

  • DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

    DO NOT MOVE HERE! Been a resident for 4 years. Wanted to leave after 1 but couldn't make the time for a move while my mother was ill with cancer. Constantly rotating staff in the Leasing Office which means no one ever knows what they're doing. Multiple crime incidents including car and apartment break-ins. Grounds are filled with dog poop and dead grass and swampy areas because sprinkler system doesn't work properly. Pool is often green and hot tub is often broken. Breezeways are filthy. We've ...
    had multiple packages get stolen or incorrectly delivered all the time. Takes maintenance multiple visits to fix issues and they leave holes behind. Lots of residents smoke weed and you can smell it any time you walk around the property. Parking is a constant nightmare as there is not enough of it. My car was scratched after a poorly done parking lot sealing job. A mouse got into my engine (there are rodents all around) and chewed right through wiring. Noise issues between units are frequent. Our unit is beyond dated, yet we are charged rent on par with newly renovated units. It's a constant battle with the incompetent leasing staff to resolve any kind of issue. As a former property manager myself, I can say with certainty, they are unconcerned and unqualified. We plan to terminate our lease early because with the passing of my mother, we are now free to focus on locating a clean, safe, pleasant home.

  • Beautiful, clean, great service, pet friendly, solid value!

    We just renewed our lease after an amazing first year at Griffis Westminster Center. Tim and the maintenance team have been impressively responsive and friendly whenever we've had an issue - which by the way have only been minor things. We love the amenities - pool, hot tub, grills, gym - and our pup loves taking walks on the grounds and trail.     were pleasantly surprised to receive a renewal credit to our account as a thank you gift along with an offer to have our carpet cleaned. These concessions go a long way for our family and we are very, very grateful. As a former property manager, I have moved 18 times in the last 19 years and lived in many different communities. Griffis Westminster is BY FAR my favorite because of its quality and stellar team.
