Super malo el servicio de las personas que te atienden, la administración nunca te dan respuesta solo quieren quitarte el dinero pero nunca responden a las inquietudes, a parte hay una plaga de cucarachas el mantenimiento de los apartamentos es horrible nunca vienen a solucionar nada y dicen devolver tu dinero en dos semanas y ya va un mes y ellos no saben nada

I am not recommended this apartment because they increase the rent after 2 month and also it is very old apartment with old futures beside that it is very expensive rental price for the old bulding they are collecting money above the apartment quality because it is very. I wouldn't recommend this place. We've been lucky in the sense that we haven't had to deal with bugs, but the heating is horrible. Old 70's building with no insulation. Windows are updated but that's about it. They basically have slapped lipstick on a pig and said here you go. Sink basins and toilet were covered in paint. Caulking is horrible. Everything that could be painted over has been. No pride in work, there's one maintenance guy that seems to actually care, besides him, the others could ...
care less, judging on their attitude and the sheer fact that you can't get a hold of anyone especially when it's an emergency.
