The community is diverse and a great place to live. However there are several things that need fixing or updated of which have not been done. For instance, 1) Need new blinds, the old are falling down,2)The kitchen needs updating(new cabinets, built in microwave,dishwasher),3)New sliding glass door,4)Outside overhead light over porch,5)New calking on the windows.

We live into a nice 3br 21/2 bath appartment. Dishwasher,fireplace,patio,ac,and in a nice area. Hoping to b able to stay here but health is so bad may not b able to afford to. This is my first time our of Maryland it has always been a dream of mine to b able to do so, hoping to b able to keep my dream alive.
