Where do I start I mean to me it’s just not worth it. I mean just because utilities are included doesn’t mean it’s okay to give bad service. As soon as my lease was up I left. The first problem was maintenance they would say they fixed something when it really wasn’t fixed. Then I call and speak with staff and I’m given attitude even though I pay my rent on time. If something isn’t fixed then why would I call. Not to mention the unprofessional staff I would never talk to a person let alone my ...
residents the way I was talked to there. My heat , shower, stove and dishwasher went out on the same day and called the emergency hotline and no one came and told the staff and was told it’s normal for things to happen like that in an apartment. Things got so bad I called corporate just to get my things fixed. Then I guess they were shocked I didn’t renew my lease no I won’t be disrespected and have my stuff still be broke and pay money. I’m happy to say I am so happy in my new place and FYI Revolution Crossing isn’t the only apartment in Greensboro that pays all utilities .
