April 28, 2023My lease expires on 30 April. They increased rent by $270.00 a month with a 4 day notice. If I did not sign for that new lease it would become a month-to-month, at $520 more a month. I was given 4 days notice! But I have to give them 60 days notice to quit.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible places to live
May 22, 2022The insulation in these houses are terrible beyond reason. They don't fix anything. Can't get in touch with management they never answer the phone. I strongly urge you not to move here. Not worth what they are charging for rent.Review from Apartments.com
Great maintenance crew
December 3, 2020Every single time I have a maintenance issue, the crew at Rice Creek respond immediately and provide wonderful service. I am pointing out a few men that have assisted me over time that are amazing (Usif, Tyler, and Rick). Today I had a clogged toilet, a broken closet door, and a broken showerhead. They came and fixed everything; wore masks were respectful and cleaned up the mess that was made in the hallway (they vacuumed for me even though they did not have to). My vacuum was "acting" up and ...Usif was kind enough to help me fix it.
