Amazing place to live! The management and the maintenance team are very responsive, and the community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. My apartment is quiet. Spacious and well maintained. It is a peaceful place to call Home and I feel very safe here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality living.

My husband and I have lived here 3 years, and we both love living here. In a great location, it is a lovely very well maintained property. Completely gated and has always felt very safe day and night. Management lives on site, she is friendly and helpful. Maintenance lives on site, is quick polite and knowledgeable. Richelieu apartments are great. I have never had any problems here. The maintenance here is great they make sure to try and fix any problems you might have in a timely matter. The staff is friendly all my neighbors are friendly and the property manager is kind and easy to talk to if you have any issues. This place is very welcoming and safe. I dont have any complaints only good things to say

This place used to be great until the owners decided to go the cheap route and outsource management. They didn't care what happened or who they let move in, but if you're kids are too loud at noon on a Saturday, that they'll talk to you about. Stay away from this place.
