Love this apartment complex
March 5, 2026Richelieu apartments are great. I have never had any problems here. The maintenance here is great they make sure to try and fix any problems you might have in a timely matter. The staff is friendly all my neighbors are friendly and the property manager is kind and easy to talk to if you have any issues. This place is very welcoming and safe. Just another slum
October 14, 2019This place used to be great until the owners decided to go the cheap route and outsource management. They didn't care what happened or who they let move in, but if you're kids are too loud at noon on a Saturday, that they'll talk to you about. Stay away from this place.Review from Apartments.com
