April 13, 2026I scheduled a tour of Richlyn with one of their chat bots, and upon arriving could not find their "office." Tried calling, their phone system is also entirely AI. Tried texting to get in contact and see if someone was still meeting me for my tour, and I could not reach any human person. I can't imagine what it would be like to have a maintenance issue here.Property Manager Responded

A terrible experience
December 7, 2024This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an apartment. Jets fly over the property constantly making it so loud that you can barely spend anytime in your apartment and you will never be able to sleep. It truly ruined a year of my life.Review from Apartments.com
