Nasty and infested apartments
July 5, 2023This place is dirty and patched together!! I lived here and couldn't take it after 6months.. had rodents living in the ceiling and told them numerous times. And showed them the huge holes in the facia and sofet to the roof right above my front window. And did absolutely nothing!!!!!!! Couldn't sleep at night listening to rats and even squirrels living and breeding above in my ceiling... they wood be running around in the walls all night long...ABSOLUTELY GROSS!!!!!!!Property Manager Responded

When a pest issue is brought to our attention, treatment is provided quickly, as is necessary maintenance service to ensure possible access points are sealed and secured from pests. Duplex Unit Behind Bee Ridge Apartment Building
September 1, 2015I've lived as a renter at this location for now 11 years time since August 2004. I reside in a duplex of which my landlord lives across the hall in the other unit. Whenever a maintenance break down occurs I notify him by phone. To say he's a very good landlord is an understatement although his personality his gruff around the edges. This property has already had a new roof put in and a new air conditioning system as of 2015. Last year the plumbing was rerouted away from the old copper piping ...underneath the foundation through plastic piping through the attic. Our rent covers landscaping, garbage, and the water utility bill which is unheard of at our monthly rental fee. Myself and my roommate have been blessed to live at such a well preserved dwelling in Sarasota, Florida.Property Manager Responded
