Great townhouse! Great Staff
August 1, 2022I am a previous tenant that rented the Mimbres, two story townhome for 3 yrs. There are many positives to this place - The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. -The townhome was spacious and the little backyard space with a grill was great. -I loved the oversized two car garage. -Very quiet. - wonderful staff. I miss the staff the most. Sherrie, Robert and Desiree. When I put in a maintenance request or had any issues, Sherrie responded quickly and had ...Robert at my door within a couple of hours of business start. They were always friendly and accomodating. I have since moved to AZ, and renting at a really nice community, however the turnaround time for getting maintenance are days and sometimes weeks. CAREFREE APARTMENT LIVING!
August 9, 2015Beautiful well maintained apartments . Breathtaking views of the Organ Mountains. Updated appliances. A service from management and maintenance . I wanted to live where it did not feel like an apartment but a home. Where my husband and I could come home and relax after a long day and if anything needs attention maintenance is a phone call away and prompt to respond and repair if needed.
