Disappointment and disgusting
March 13, 2019Scheduled an appointment to view a one bedroom. The minute I entered the building and the smell was awful. It wasn't clean or well-maintained. The onsite caretaker talked non-stop. She showed me an apartment that was so filthy dirty and cramped full of junk, on the floor, on the furniture and the bed had clothing piled on it. Reeked of cigarettes and the wastebasket in the kitchen was overflowing with empty beer cans.A hoarder's paradise! Plus the online photo's are a false representation of the ...actual unit I was shown.Property Manager Responded
March 4, 2020I apologize for your experience while touring Ridgecrest Apartments. I can assure you that the one unit you saw is not an indication of what we represent, and is certainly not the condition of an apartment when a Resident moves in. I understand how it could of left a bad impression of our property. Any pictures posted by us, and not an unauthorized 3rd party, are a true depiction of our property and the units offered. Each unit may be a little different and unique to the other as we do updates along the way. If a picture of a particular unit was not available, it would be noted in the advertisement, that "the picture shown is not of the actual available unit."
