The leasing team is amazing, and everyone I meet here is super nice. Ridgemont has been great, it's very peaceful and relaxing. The amenities are really cool and full of nature. They even have a nature trail! The parking is also great because it's free and there's plenty of it!

My move in was very rough, there were a lot of issues such as a lack of cleaning and working appliances. Luckily the maintenance crew was very quick and fixed everything. After everything was fixed/cleaned (by myself) I have enjoyed ridgemont. I enjoy the trails being so close and the location. My one worry is that the pool will not be open in time for summer…

Ridgemont at Stringers ridge is a pretty good complex. I love the friendships and the community the residents have created. However management is pretty incompetent and it feels like a big hassle to get anything done. Also the amenities are sub-par and poorly maintained.

Unless you are in dire financial or time constraints, I would not recommend this location in the state is it now. Housing quality for health and quality of life purposes are quite bad and management organization and communication are non existant.
