March 27, 20253/5 My move in was very rough, there were a lot of issues such as a lack of cleaning and working appliances. Luckily the maintenance crew was very quick and fixed everything. After everything was fixed/cleaned (by myself) I have enjoyed ridgemont. I enjoy the trails being so close and the location. January 13, 2025Ridgemont at Stringers ridge is a pretty good complex. I love the friendships and the community the residents have created. However management is pretty incompetent and it feels like a big hassle to get anything done. Also the amenities are sub-par and poorly maintained.Property Manager Responded
