When there are maintenance issues, we have been pleased with the outcomes. The paying of the rent has been confusing, and we opted out of the "improve your credit" app. Also parking is becoming more of an issue, but I suppose it's inevitable.

I enjoy living here. The community is peaceful and friendly. The pool area is very relaxing and the views are beautiful! There is plenty of parking and it is on a convenient location near the highway so commutes are easy.

Everything has improved this summer regarding the amenities. The pool has been in good condition all summer. Maintenance is still usually quick to respond. No recent community gatherings or summer grill out but hopefully with new management we will see that change.
