September 28, 2017This place sucks! I paid 100 dollars for application fee, and was pre-approved. Then there is the NON- REFUNDABLE admin fee of 600 dollars! Plus first months rent. After going through all this, and being given a move-in date, they didn't want to rent to me because of a misdemeanor on my background. Not even a criminal act! Only a moving violation! If I was pre-approved, why did they suddenly decide not to rent it to me? What a rip-off!. It won't let me do ZERO stars!Review from Apartments.com
