Great apartments in downtown
April 23, 2025Rio House is seriously a hidden gem in the heart of downtown Austin, especially near UT’s west campus. I honestly couldn’t believe how affordable it is for everything you get. The pool is beautiful—perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends—and the BBQ area is such a nice bonus. What I really love is the vibe: the neighbors are super friendly, but everyone respects each other’s space. Management has been amazing too. Anytime something needs fixing, they’re on it fast, no hassle. It’s just ...one of those places that actually lives up to the hype. I’ve had such a great experience here—it’s hard to beat!Property Manager Responded
