Office staff has been nothing but helpful. Maintenance is usually fairly quick to respond. However, our unit had a lot of issues when it came to electrical and it took months for APS to stop being jerks about it. The management initially pushed it onto us but weren’t aware of the extent of the problems. Our power would overload and shut off randomly and it was a bad meter that APS wouldn’t touch for some reason. There are issues with insulation in these units. Windows are thin and not heat ...
resistant. There was a huge gap under the door that I had to cover with a strip myself. The AC Does not cool the loft whatsoever. They consider that the master but I’d choke someone from it being so uncomfortable if I put my bed up there. The tub and shower have really worn out acrylic that makes it near impossible to clean. There are broken tiles. The washer and dryer are subpar quality. The amenities have yet to be used by us. A majority of the time spent here there were renovations that were delayed due to the pandemic. They look amazing but I think the money would’ve been better spent in the units. I have no complaints about those. Again, the staff was incredibly helpful but the apartment itself is a bit lackluster especially with our rent increasing. There’s no doubt in my mind they will know exactly who I am when they see this, but it is what it is.

Office staff is rude, their turnover rate is also pretty insane. There have been so many new people in the office in the 4 months of living here. Property is absolutely disgusting. There is dried vomit found everywhere. There are little bags filled with white residue (drugs) in them around the parking lot. This is the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. Eric, the Community Director, is at the top of his game, and this makes living here, like a true paradise. From move in to move out, everything was a breeze. They even provided us with tips to clean and get our deposit back. Rio Paradiso is a great apartment space to live. I have lived here since 2017 and love it. Leasing office staff are very friendly and quick to respond any maintenance requirements. Recently my air conditioning was broken in the middle of the night. I called for emergency maintenance and they fixed it within couple of hours. Great pool and gym area. All the equipment in gym has been upgrade recently. Games next to the pool area. Close to Mill ave. And all other college fun. I work in chandler and ...
go to Phoenix a lot for friends. So this place is located in a nice spot for me. Cons: Sometimes neighbors can be a little noisy, but there is after hours patrol service that u can report to. Elevator in my apartment block is too slow and sometimes I stop waiting for the elevator and just take stairs. Close to airport which can be good or bad. Noisy if you are staying at home on daytime. But i don’t notice that much. I travel a lot, so for me it’s good compromise.

I have been a resident at the Lofts for over a year now and I have loved almost everything about it. Being a student at Arizona State, I really enjoy being able to hop on the lightrail for class. My furthest class is usually only about one or two stops! The convenience of the light rail is also amazing for going out on mill or Downtown Phoenix. I currently live in a two bedroom with one roommate and we decided to stay based on how much we have enjoyed our experience here, and the fun ...
improvements to come. We both find the Lofts to be very reasonably priced considering all that you get with the rooms. (nice carpeting, extra storage, balconies, individual baths...etc) Although we have experienced minor utility issues, they have always been resolved promptly and efficiently. For financial reasons we have been looking to switch units within the complex and the staff was an amazing help throughout the process. I feel that everyone who works for the property has a great amount of knowledge and are willing to be helpful and friendly. For example, Tamme, went out of her way to show us different units with new floor plans even when it was over 100 degrees outside and the golf cart had been put away. She put our needs above her own and was extremely friendly while doing so. In other instances, we have had gardeners or maintenance men give my boyfriend’s dog treats as they were passing by. Overall, I would highly recommend living at the Lofts because there is so much more to it than meets the eye. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the residents are relatively quiet, and the location is perfect for different lifestyles.

You have to be sure to know that there is a train transporting cargo that passes 30 feet from the apartments by the river twice at night and it’s suowr loud. The won’t tell you about this. The light rail passes from the back end constantly also making noise. You have planes landing righttt above the apartments. The staff tell you nothing even when you ask about noise.
