Office staff has been nothing but helpful. Maintenance is usually fairly quick to respond.
However, our unit had a lot of issues when it came to electrical and it took months for APS to stop being jerks about it. The management initially pushed it onto us but weren’t aware of the extent of the problems. Our power would overload and shut off randomly and it was a bad meter that APS wouldn’t touch for some reason.
There are issues with insulation in these units. Windows are thin and not heat ...
resistant. There was a huge gap under the door that I had to cover with a strip myself. The AC Does not cool the loft whatsoever. They consider that the master but I’d choke someone from it being so uncomfortable if I put my bed up there.
The tub and shower have really worn out acrylic that makes it near impossible to clean. There are broken tiles. The washer and dryer are subpar quality.
The amenities have yet to be used by us. A majority of the time spent here there were renovations that were delayed due to the pandemic. They look amazing but I think the money would’ve been better spent in the units. I have no complaints about those.
Again, the staff was incredibly helpful but the apartment itself is a bit lackluster especially with our rent increasing. There’s no doubt in my mind they will know exactly who I am when they see this, but it is what it is.
