You get what you pay for
August 27, 2019I'm a college student working at the Stinson Municipal Airport, and I've been living in a studio for over a year. My experience living at this complex hasn't been terrible, but it hasn't been great. You'll have roaches. Accept it or move somewhere else. I keep my apartment extremely clean, but it's no use if the complex is filthy. The treatment doesn't last. I've resigned to just having a can of Raid as a permanent staple in my kitchen. Most of the time it's just the little ones; I'll ...occasionally find the Texas-sized ones in my apartment. The neighborhood isn't normally too loud, but there's always an exception. Maybe 1x/month I'll get woken up by people in the pool or just loitering and being noisy. The parking lot frequently has pot-holes. They get fixed, 2 weeks later they come back. Just drive slowly. Maintenance requests take a week to be taken care of. That's best-case-scenario; I've had it take over a month in the past. From my experience, the squeaky wheel gets greased.....i.e. -- if you call in and complain enough or show face at the office they'll take care of it more quickly. Most of my neighbors are friendly enough or keep to themselves. I've never explicitly felt unsafe. I've had a few (2) strangers approach my door...there's a peephole so I just check and if I don't know who it is I don't answer. Both times they went away. My car has been broken into 3x, but I can't really say "broken-in" in the traditional sense of the word. I drive a really old car, so my car doors are typically unlocked. I don't leave anything valuable in my car. Who knows how many times someone has gone through my car, but I only know of 3 occurrences because the offender(s) went through my glove box and left napkins all over the place. It doesn't really bother me; nothing worth taking gets left out there. I would recommend anyone considering moving here to practice the same habit. I've never had someone break-in/tamper with my apartment. The laundry facilities are functional, but don't let your clothes sit in there for long. I've had my underwear stolen from the dryer. Yes, specifically underwear. I don't care to know the reason the individual decided to take that specific article of clothing. Overall it's not the worst place in the world to live, and the important thing is that the rent's cheap. So if you can put up with those inconveniences, then you can move in. If you're not ok with those standards, look elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible place to live
June 29, 2019Don't move here!!! This new management lacks in everything. Washer and dryers are always down, mailboxes are missing doors, communication sucks. We put in a work order and didn't let us know when they'd be coming. When we moved in doors had holes covered. No base board replaced, apartment was messy. Door to bedrrom doesn't close. Paint on floor when we moved in.Review from Apartments.com
GREAT APARTMENT
May 13, 2019My boyfriend and I, very recently moved in and we LOVE the apartment. We applied Monday and got approved the next day! Moved in a couple days later. Everything is clean and working, the living room, room, kitchen, and closet are spacious. Neighbors have been nice so far, Management is great, Miguel helped us out alot. Very welcoming and very nice. He answered all our questions and made us feel at home right away, I recommend this complex!!!Review from Apartments.com

October 25, 2016I've been living here for 7 months and the first 3 months were great but then it started getting horrible they are roaches and rats and they said they can't do anything tried breaking the lease and they charge you for everything I hate it now this place doesn't feel like home. If you put a work order they take weeks to do it management are nice sometimes but if you ask them for something they take a long time to give you what you need.Review from Apartments.com
Not recommended at all
August 3, 2016Secretaries and manager are very rude and apartments have plague Cucarachos , they sprayed but no use and there are people in the pool that do not let you sleep at night , plus you get payments that do not explain that are just that you have to pay in the next income , and when you need to fix something take a long, even with the new ownerReview from Apartments.com
