I moved in December of 2019 and have consistently been blown away by the value and the quality of this place. Having just graduated college I needed a new place off campus and the staff at Avenel have been great to me since Day 1. Very quiet, very safe, and very clean. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable yet quality living experience.
