June 3, 2020I moved in December of 2019 and have consistently been blown away by the value and the quality of this place. Having just graduated college I needed a new place off campus and the staff at Avenel have been great to me since Day 1. Very quiet, very safe, and very clean. Excited for the new upgrades & changes
