I have lived in this property for nearly three years and have seen no improvement, the central ac constantly leaks water into the apartment and even with maintenance being requested over 6 times they still have not fixed the problem, due to this there is a massive hole in the ceiling caused by the water damage which they blatantly ignored, if you want to do laundry it's a joke, two out of the three machines will constantly be down, the one machine that is working will have someones clothes in ...
there for hours after it's been done, do your laundry at a coin laundry business to save yourself the trouble, noise is ridiculous, there are issues with the power as behind my fuse panel in my unit I can hear electrical arcing and flickering lights which is a serious fire hazard and even though I have submitted a maintenance request I have yet to hear back from the property, Internet constantly goes out for weeks at a time and you can't have your own because they are contracted with dish fiber, the mailbox was damaged and it took the property nearly two months to fix it, USPS refused to deliver any mail and during that time you had to pick up all mail from the local post office, overall this property is a joke, the price for their "floor plans" is outrageous and the staff is a joke

I would not recommend this place. Initially, over the phone, they provided me with a lease amount. However, later via email, they informed me of additional fees ranging from $100 to $250. Upon agreement, they unexpectedly raised the fee to $400. Fortunately, I had retained the email as evidence. Regardless of one's good background history, the management's behavior was consistently rude. I found it necessary to bring a witness with me each time I handed over a cashier's check. Why was this ...
necessary? On the second occasion I submitted rent, they alleged that someone had stolen my check, prompting me to return to the bank and issue a new one. This pattern seemed familiar, as I had read similar experience in reviews from other tenants, where the management reported that their cashier's check was lost. Upon giving my 60 days' notice and requesting my deposit, they included a fake fee of $250 in their Disposition Letter, alongside additional charges not clearly outlined in the contract. Despite my objections, they refused to waive the $250 charge until I demanded proof of its validity. The studio I rented was overpriced, and they locked the A/C, rendering it unusable. The laundry facilities were filthy. Moreover, tenants were charged for all maintenance in the complex. Underage individuals frequently smoked and played loud music in the parking lot past midnight, despite my attempt to report to the management, who took no action. The place felt very unsafe at night, with insufficient door security, only a single lock was provided.

Horrible place to live
February 8, 2024
I've called police 5 times in the last 3 months. neighbors shooting up. Homeless digging through trash. the doggie park isn't cleaned often, my puppy got sick and a couple others as well. The internet NEVER works, washer and dryer are horrible, if you get lucky with a dryer. Gates don't work, my mailbox has been broken into, no security parking is first come first serve and you best bet there's people out there that don't live in the property.

Happy to be here

I am going into my 3rd year come April and I am very happy and Satisfied the Office staff are very friendly and Professional the Maintenance are promt, but we do have to realize that other jobs may take more time as needed, I lived here 30 yrs ago when it was Palm Gardens and that is why I came back my unit that I reside in are mostly friendly and look out for each other I love my apartment I cannot think of moving anywhere else.
